Polybound specialise in resin manufacture and supply to contractors across the UK. After successfully investing in paid media, they approached us to help grow their organic performance and allowed them to dominate the search results.

The Brief

Polybound wanted to increase their organic traffic within the UK to improve brand awareness and drive additional sales. They were already investing in Paid Media, and whilst they'd historically invested in an SEO freelancer they didn't feel like they have tapped into the site's SEO potential.

They wanted an agency that could lead the strategy as well as roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the implementation when needed to prevent blockers.

Our Strategy

We developed two streams of work to deliver both short-term and long-term strategies. The short-term stream focused on achieving quick wins within the existing CMS to demonstrate the impact of SEO and ensure a solid ROI for the client.
In the first month, we conducted an in-depth SEO Discovery Audit, which helped us identify key issues and opportunities to maximise SEO potential. We then launched our first phase of work, implementing quick wins that could be easily executed within the CMS and required minimal sign-off. This approach helped build trust with internal stakeholders and clearly demonstrated the business value of investing in the website.
Since the site already had some strong backlinks, we saw quick improvements in rankings, with the website reaching the first page for priority keywords such as ‘resin driveway kits’ (500 monthly searches) within three months. The second phase involved redesigning and rebuilding key landing pages in line with UX and SEO best practices, which not only boosted rankings but also improved conversion rates across all traffic sources.


The Results

Polybound have seen significant organic growth since we started working together with the site ranking on the first page for +133 additional keywords including:

- resin flooring, 3,800 monthly searches, p4
- kids play sand, 600 monthly searches, p4
- resin driveway kits, 500 monthly searches, p8
- resin bound kit, 300 monthly searches, p4


These ranking improvements resulted in a 14 x increase in organic revenue and the client received ROI within the first three months of working together.
