At the outset, Dec’s Pets were embarking on a new website project, so we partnered with their developer to restructure the site in line with the brand’s long-term vision, enhance page templates, and improve the overall user experience.
We then supported the launch and closely monitored Google’s response to the changes.
After the launch, we focused on optimising high-priority commercial pages by refining keyword targeting, enhancing hero content, expanding FAQs, and strengthening internal linking
We also collaborated with the Dec’s Pets team to strengthen their informational content strategy across the website and social media. As a result, the blog now drives over 650 visitors to the site each month.
Once the site and internal processes were optimised, we shifted our focus to link building. With a limited budget, we created and shared relevant, tips-based content with local media.
One such piece earned 22 backlinks and even secured a feature on the radio for Dec’s Pets.
